Orders are shipped FedEx Ground. Most orders will arrive within 3-5 business days after they have been shipped, however some may take longer depending on your location. All orders will be packaged and shipped from our warehouse in Deerfield Beach, FL when items are in stock. Protein bars are made fresh after you place your order. If there is a back order for anything of more than 10 days, you will be notified when products are to be shipped.
All orders are made after you place the order. All orders are shipped within 7-10 business days unless something is on back order or we are having a big sale such as a BOGO, which could delay the production of your order. Depending on how many orders we receive during a sale, such as a BOGO, the shipment of your order could be delayed up 28 days. Please allow 2 - 5 business days for your order to arrive once it is shipped, depending on how far you live from Deerfield Beach, FL. Check your email within a few days after you place your order for FedEx tracking info.
We do not ship orders to PO Boxes, Military APO/FPO address, or hotels.
FREE Shipping offers do not apply to Alaska and Hawaii. There is an additional fee of $14.95 for any orders going to Alaska and Hawaii.

This U.S. domestic service provides delivery by 3 p.m. the next business day to most U.S. addresses, by 4:30 p.m. to rural areas, and by 8 p.m. to residences.

FedEx Express Saver (ESP) is a cost-saving Express parcel service for non-urgent packages that provides time-definite, guaranteed delivery within 3 business days.
- Service coverage: the U.S. (excluding Alaska and Hawaii)
- Transit time: delivery in 3 business days by 4:30 p.m. to businesses or 8 p.m. to residences.
FedEx Ground — Usually within 5 days. Commitments are not time specific, but day-definite. Delivery by the end of business day.

Protein bar may arrive sticky and gooey. Not to be alarmed, they are perfectly fine. This is a result of the rise in humidity levels during the spring and summer months. We recommend that you refrigerate or freeze your protein bars from April - September for best texture.
Occasionally there might be a pit (from the dates) in your protein bar. Do not try to eat the pit, it is virtually indestructible and could cause damage to a tooth. Since the date companies who supply us with our dates do not guarantee 100% pit-free product, we can't either. We can not be responsible for date pits that end up in the food bars and any damage they may cause to your teeth, mouth, or body.
Protein bars need to be stored properly, especially in warmer climates and during the spring, summer, and fall. We are not responsible for protein bars that have expanded packaging due to fermentation if not stored in the refrigerator or freezer upon arrival. In most climates the protein bars will last up to 1 month on the shelf and 3 months in the refrigerator, however this is not a guarantee. It is up to the customer to store the bars properly upon arrival to prevent fermentation.
Dale's Raw Foods is not responsible for any international orders that are shipped to an address at MyUS.com. We will make sure that your order gets to MyUS.com, however we are not liable for the order once it leaves MyUS.com facility to any other address inside or outside of the USA. Customer assumes all responsibility for their order. There are no refunds on international orders going through MyUS.com once the order leaves Dale's Raw Foods facility. It is the Customer's responsibility to make sure all products from Dale's Raw Foods via MyUS.com arrives in good condition and can pass any customs laws in Customers country.
Percentage off coupons can be used multiple times per customer until the offer expires. Dollar off coupons can only be used one time per customer per offer, until the offer expires.
BOGO (Buy 1 Get 1 FREE) Sale Terms:

- BOGO orders can take up to 28 days to make and ship, depending on the volume of orders we receive and the amount of items you ordered.
- FREE item, by default, will be the lesser of the two items within the collection of that particular sale. For example, when purchasing two boxes of protein bars for the BOGO and each box costing $39.99 and $38.99 respectively, the FREE item will be the lesser cost box of protein bars ($38.99).
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on any "non-sale", unopened product excluding variety packs, sample packs, and individual bars. If you are not satisfied with the products, we will be glad to refund you your money on unopened product minus the shipping cost within 30 days of purchase. Sale items, sample packs, variety packs, and individual bars are non-refundable.
To receive a refund on non-sale, non-variety pack items, you will need to call our office for return authorization code (RAC) and instructions. Returned orders without a RAC will not be refunded.
There are no refunds on international orders going through MyUS.com once the order leaves Dale's Raw Foods facility.
Note: Customer is responsible for reading all ingredients and nutritional values of each product prior to purchasing. They are all listed on the website for your review. We do not offer refunds for failure to review these facts prior to ordering.
Refunds and returns are not allowed due to changes arising in personal diet choices and or allergy restrictions. If you are uncertain, please meet with your doctor or nutritionist prior to purchase.
We are not responsible for bars that have gone bad due to improper storage after arrival. There is no guarantee on the shelf life of the bars, the expiration date is just an estimate. Refunds will not be issued for improper storage.
Close out items are non refundable and non returnable. All sales are final. This includes Dale's Raw Greens and all superfoods that have been recently discontinued.
Overnight Oats: We are not responsible for product satisfaction of taste and/or texture for failure to follow instructions correctly that are provided on the container lid, in the order packaging material, and in the video on each overnight oats' product page.
