Dale's Raw Protein Bars is a division of Dale's Raw Foods and is a company founded by Dale Buchanan, owner of Supreme Ultimate Fitness in Boca Raton Florida, that provides raw living food products such as raw protein bars, raw protein powders, raw greens, and raw trail mix. In addition, we also provide information on living a nutritious and healthy lifestyle. This site will not only allow you to purchase products, you can keep coming back daily to read articles, watch videos, and read our blog.
We are an online only business that ships products only in the United States. We do not have a retail location or take phone orders at this time. All orders must be processed from this website.
Raw - "Of or related to a pure & natural state of existence. Uncooked, Unprocessed, Unrefined." Raw foods are living foods that are unprocessed and in their natural state.
Examples are fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds. Raw foods may be dehydrated at temperatures below 115 degrees in order to keep the nutritional value and enzymes in the food. We do not dehydrate our foods. You get all products in it's most natural form, without removing the high water content of each food.
Everyone can benefit from RAW foods because they are unprocessed and in it's natural state. All of the water, vitamins, and minerals are still in the food so they will easily get absorbed and utilized in your body.
Dales Raw Protein is much better for the body than soy, egg, whey, or casein. I have used protein powders since 1980 and have tried almost every brand. You will not be disappointed by the quality of my foods.
All of our food bars are gluten free and manufactured in a facility that is also gluten free. Protein powders, greens powders, trail mix, and super foods are also all gluten free. Recovery powder is considered gluten free as a proprietary blend of less than 20ppm, however it does have some small amount of gluten ingredients.
Yes, they are 100% RAW! 100% VEGAN. About 90% Organic.
They are not certified organic. I do use a few ingredients that are extremely expensive and hard to find organic. In order to keep the price down, I decided on which ingredients were most important to keep organic. Therefore, at this time, I do not have the ability to put the organic label on my products.
Yes they are 100% VEGAN. Please do check out my food labels prior to purchase and email me with any question if you are uncertain. I do not use any animal products, dairy, or gluten. They are made from nuts, fruit, plant based protein powders, and plant based sweeteners.
While the list of ingredients would indicate they they could be Kosher, we do not yet have a certification to make such claims. The process is too complex and costly at this time for our growing business to pursue a Kosher certification but it is something we are considering for the future.
- The main difference is going to be my unique and exclusive protein blend added to the RAW PROTEIN BARS which gives 22g of very high quality plant based protein to each bar. This has never been done before in the RAW VEGAN community. I feel it is important for people, especially athletes, to consume high quality protein throughout the day for repair and recovery of the broken down body after hard training sessions.
- The size of my RAW PROTEIN BARS are 60g. Each bar has about 260 calories, 22g protein, 15g fat, and 15g carbohydrates, 7g fiber, and only 6g natural sugar from fruit. These bars are perfect as a meal replacement, snack, or pre/post workout nutrition. These macro nutrient ratios have been specifically designed by Dale for optimal energy, strength, and satisfaction.

The flavoring on our protein powders contain stevia, a natural plant based sweetener that is not harmful to the body. Our protein bars do not contain stevia.
The exp date on package is for refrigerated bars. These bars have no preservatives and will last about 1 month on the shelf in a cool dry location, 2-3 months in refrigerator, and 3-4 months when frozen. Upon arrival of shipment, bars should be stored in the refrigerator for best freshness and texture. We are not responsible for bars that have fermented due to improper storage after arrival.
As indicated in our Terms of Service, we are not promoting or marketing any of our products as Low Glycemic. We do not know the exact GI of every product, as each will be slightly different and they are proprietary blends. Our food bars do have fruit and other natural sweeteners in the ingredients, therefore the glycemic index may not be suitable for diabetics or people following a ketogenic diet. If you are diabetic, please check with your doctor prior to consuming any Dale's Raw Foods products.
We offer two variety packs of protein bars, and one of breakfast bars. Please note that variety packs may not be available to purchase on our website during sales.
We do not sell our bars individually from our website. All protein bars are sold by the box of 12.
We no longer offer samples of our protein bars due to FDA regulations plus the high cost of packaging, shipping, and production.
They are made at our own state of the art commercial kitchen and manufacturing facility located in Boca Raton, FL. Our facility is a one of a kind 100% raw vegan, non-gmo, and gluten free kitchen. We have passed and scored the highest ranks from the Florida Dept of Agriculture as well as have proper licensing and permits to package and ship our products all over the US. You can be assured that each of our products have been through the highest quality manufacturing and testing made possible in the food industry.
We do not sell our products in stores. Our products are ordered through our website, made fresh, and shipped to you within 7-10 days. You can order online 24/7 though our website.

All products are made after you place the order. We try to ship all orders within 7 business days unless something is on back order or we are having a high volume of order, which could take up to 10-14 ays to make and ship your order. Changes in shipping times will be indicated on our sale and marketing material for that event. Please allow 2 – 5 business days for your order to arrive once it is shipped, depending on how far you live from Boca Raton, FL. Check your email within a few days after you place your order for FedEx tracking info.
Orders are shipped using FedEx. Most orders will arrive within 3-5 business days after they have been shipped, however some may take as long as a week. All orders will be packaged and shipped from our warehouse in Boca Raton, FL when items are in stock. Food bars are made fresh after you place your order. If there is a back order for anything of more than 5 days, you will be notified when products are to be shipped.

We recommend a service called MyUS.com that will enable you to have our products shipped to other countries. You can find more information on our International Shipping page.
We are not able to ship to APO/FPO because we have no way to track the package once it gets to the APO/FPO and we need to be able to track all packages to each customer in order to provide the highest level of customer service. You may follow our Shipping guidelines and use MyUS.com.
We are not able to allow you to use your UPS or Fedex account for shipping. All orders must be shipped via FedEx on our account.
Unfortunatley, due to many bad experiences shipping to hotels in the past, and customers never receiving their package, we cannot offer shipping to hotels. Orders must be shipped to a residence or business address in the USA or through MyUS.com via instructions on our Shipping page.
This is not possible for the following reasons:
- We are licensed and zoned as a manufacturing facility, not a retail store.
- Due to our business license and insurance we are unable to allow for that by law, we are not issued as a retail "walk in" location.
- We do not stock our products, only the raw ingredients. Each order you place is made after it has been processed.
- All orders must be processed through the website using our online shopping cart and shipped to you.
Check your email for the tracking info from FedEx. If you did not receive that email let me know I can forward you the tracking info. The most common reason for not receiving your packing is that you had the incorrect address on your order. When you have your tracking number, be sure to check with you FedEx to see where the package may be, likely in their warehouse waiting for pick up. If you still have problems with receiving your package please email me so I can assist.
Occasionally there might be a pit (from the dates) in your protein bar. Do not try to eat the pit, it is virtually indestructible and could cause damage to a tooth. Since the date companies who supply us with our dates do not guarantee 100% pit-free product, we can't either. We can not be responsible for date pits that end up in the food bars and any damage they may cause to your teeth, mouth, or body.
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on any "non-sale", unopened product, excluding all variety packs. If you are not satisfied with the products, we will be glad to refund you your money on unopened product minus the shipping cost within 30 days of purchase. Sale items and Variety Packs are non-refundable.
To receive a refund on non-sale or non variety pack item, you will need to call our office for return authorization code (RAC) and instructions. Returned orders without a RAC will not be refunded.
Note: You are responsible for reading all ingredients and nutritional values of each product prior to purchasing, they are all listed on the website for your review. We do not offer refunds for failure to review these facts prior to ordering.
We are not responsible for bars that have gone bad due to improper storage after arrival. There is no guarantee on the shelf life of the bars, the expiration date is just an estimate. Refunds will not be issued for improper storage.
