New Raw Recovery Flavor - French Vanilla
A few months ago we had to discontinue the Orange Cream flavor of Dale's Raw Recovery because our supplier was no longer able to manufacture that flavor.
We have added a new flavor, French Vanilla, which you can purchase here.
Nutritional values and recipe are are the same as the orange cream.
NOTE: The current image for this flavor, still shows the bag as Orange Cream, until we get a new photo taken of the new flavor.
Dale's Raw Foods goes to the Superbowl
Brad Nortman, the punter for the NFC Champion Carolina Panthers, and his wife Lexi have been ordering our protein bars for several years. When they contacted our office asking if they could share a few photos with his fans on Instagram and Twitter, I was totally on board with the idea.
Lexi said that Brad eats 2 Dale's Raw Protein Bars a day and depends on them to help get him through practice with the team. His favorite flavors are Pumpkin Pie, Graham Cracker and Blueberry Macadamia. He's also trying the new Cookie Dough flavor as well.
In this photo below on Brad's Instagram page taken on Sunday, Jan 31, he is seen holding several boxes of bars that he's taking with him for Super Bowl week in San Fransisco, CA.
Look for more photos of Brad Nortman and Dale's Raw Foods together, as well as hopefully an interview for his fans and our customers.

Wall Street Journal Article
“I’m not a foodie,” Ms. Pao says. “I eat to live, not live to eat.” Ms. Pao says she can’t be bothered cooking and used to order takeout, like pizza. “Then I realized the ease of a blender,” she says. At least one meal a day comes out of the blender, whether it is a smoothie of almond milk, leafy greens, chia seeds and frozen fruit, or apple-butternut squash soup. She always travels with her blender and Dale’s raw protein bars."

Where are the Variety Packs?
The Variety Packs have been temporarily discontinued.
In order for us to have variety packs available, we need to have a surplus of the variety pack flavors above and beyond what we sell of those flavors as full boxes of 12. We have not had this surplus in a while, preventing us from offering the variety packs for any extended period of time.
With sales on an increase, as we approach or busy season and 5th year anniversary, we will not be able to offer the variety packs. We just recently doubled our production and the full boxes of food bars are sold out almost right away. If things do change and we can increase production beyond what we already are doing, we will make an announcement via our email list and Facebook page.
The bottom line is that we are running at full capacity, working long days and weekends, and we still do not have extra product for variety packs. We're a relatively small business, compared to most other food bar companies. We've grown so fast since our inception in January 2011, and we're doing the best we can to make fresh, raw, and mostly organic foods for you to enjoy.
How to make Overnight Oats
Since the launch of our new Overnight Oats product on October 1, sales have been amazing. We've sold many more then we ever expected and we thank you for all of the orders.
There is a little confusion as to what exactly overnight oats are and how Dale's Raw Oats was created. I'm going to try and clear of few things up for you, so you get a better understanding of our new overnight oats product.
"Overnight oats are just oats soaked overnight that absorb the liquid you put them in – any kind of liquid you like! We recommend plant based nut milks such as cashew milk, almond milk, or coconut milk."
First of all, Dale's Raw Oats is not a hot cereal and we've never promoted it as such. We have said on the product pages, info that comes with your order, and the lid of the oats jar that they should not be heated or put in the microwave. Remember that we are selling and promoting raw food, not cooked food. In fact, none of our products including the oats, protein powers, or protein bars should ever be heated.
"One main principle of raw food is to never heat it above 105 degrees so that is stays as close to it's natural state as possible, retaining all of the nutritional values as created."
Secondly, by heating up the product, the authenticity of the oats and proteins is altered. We therefore would not be able to guarantee the flavor, texture, or nutritional values. In addition, any heat will destroy the nutritional values of the rice and pea proteins, which are fractionated using very low heat during production. Dale's Raw Oats was created to be overnight oats in order to keep it raw, in it's natural state. After all, we are Dale's RAW Foods.
Please review the video below for complete instruction on how to prepare Dale's Raw Oats as overnight oats. Most of the work has already been done for you. All you have to do is add the nut milk, shake, and set in the refrigerator until the next morning.
