Ingredients:

  • 2 slices Ezekiel sprouted grain bread
  • 2 tbsp hummus of choice
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 oz sunflower sprouts

Notes: uses any variety of sprouted grain bread you like. Mix it up with a different type of hummus and flavor. Change to alfalfa sprouts for a change. Be creative.
