Green Juice Recipe
Green juices, especially celery, is the latest craze. Here I show you a simple recipe using celery, cucumber, and spinach.
The new year is a great time to do a juice cleanse or detox. Green vegetable juices are the most powerful cleansers for the body.
BEWARE! If you are new to green juicing, start slow. You do not want to chug a 16oz green juice too fast, as the effects will not be good. Drink slowly and CHEW your juice. 4-6oz of juice at a time on an empty stomach os best.
You can also add some apple for some sweetener if this is too bitter. Do not add any other fruits to vegetable juice, because other fruits will not combine well with the vegetables and the juice will ferment in your stomach prior to digestion.
